Sample Collection

Water samples are collected from diverse sources such as surface water (rivers, lakes), groundwater, industrial effluents, and municipal supplies. Field kits equipped with pre-calibrated containers and preservation protocols ensure sample integrity from collection to analysis.

Sensor Deployment

Screen Printed Electrodes (SPEs) are customized with selective electrochemical inks to detect contaminants like heavy metals (Pb²⁺, Cd²⁺, As³⁺), nitrates, phosphates, and pathogen markers. These compact sensors are deployed directly in water samples or integrated into flow systems for in-line monitoring.

Electrochemical Analysis

Using techniques like Anodic Stripping Voltammetry (ASV), Cyclic Voltammetry (CV), and Impedimetric sensing, the sensors convert chemical concentrations into measurable electrical signals. Our portable potentiostat devices allow real-time digital readouts on-site or remote cloud syncing.

Data Interpretation

Sensor data is analyzed through a connected dashboard for threshold violations, trends, and alerts. AI-assisted analytics support early detection of contamination events and guide remediation decisions.
